Order Policies

 

Fees and Minimum Order Policies

  • There is a 10 board foot minimum order per item ordered.
  • We will sell smaller quantities, but we will not cut a board. We will select the smallest board we have to fill the order.
  • We do not send free samples of the different species. You must purchase the smallest board we have available (refer to minimum policy).
     

Specification Charge: If you would like us to select certain lengths and/or widths there will be a $1.00 per board foot charge. We may not be able to accommodate exact dimensions but we will get as close as possible.
 

Wide Board Charge:

  • For 8-12″ in Domestic Lumber please add on 20% of the board foot price to the price per board foot. Anything wider will be a 30% upcharge.
  • For 7-10″ in Exotic Lumber and Quartersawn Lumber please add on 20% of the board foot price to the price per board foot. Anything wider will be a 30% upcharge
     

Rush Orders: We are able to ship out your order within the same day of recieving it. There is a rush order fee of $35.00, not including express/overnight shipping.

Pictures: We understand that ordering online comes with some risks, including not being able to see the piece for yourself beforehand. Unfortuantely, we do not have the time to take pictures of every piece of wood, as much as we would like to. We ask that you be patient with us in this and thank you for your understanding. While we will be able to send pictures of unique pieces or slabs upon request, we are not able to send pictures for you to pick the piece you would like. Again, thank you for your understanding and please call for any questions or concerns.

SHOP FEES

We offer the following shop services for additional charges; certain shop service requests will be up to the company and we may not have the time nor man power to fulfill certain services, extra fees may apply. Fees are subject to change and prices are at the discretion of the company. 

  • Resaw Fee - $150.00 MINIMUM  
  • Sanding - $150.00 MINIMUM 
  • Planing - $150.00 MINIMUM
  • Straight Line Rip - $150.00 MINIMUM
