  • If you are not thoroughly satisfied, you must notify us within 7 business days after receipt of your material and after contacting us, you may return your order in the same condition it was shipped within 14 days of receipt (you pay shipping) for an exchange, credit or refund.
  • All returns must be received in the same condition as were shipped to you. NO merchandise will be accepted if it has been altered in any way such as: cut, turned, surfaced, stained, or damaged.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee for all cancellations and returned orders.
  • There will be a 3% charge on all credit card credits/refunds given on returned merchandise.
  • If you receive a piece that has defect/cracks and would like a replacement/credit, please take pictures of the defects and send them to support@westpennhardwoods.com within a week of receiving your material with your name and order information. We will not be able to replace/credit material that has been in your possession for more than a week. Thank you for understanding.
